We’d been encountering issues with our wireless network for sometime, resulting in teachers and students experiencing poor connections and users constantly dropping off the network. PAV took the time to come in and understand our requirements, identifying IP and configuration issues and offering a cost effective solution without trying to sell further products.
Utilising our existing equipment, PAV IT reconfigured our cloud management portal, setting up student and staff networks. Our wireless access points were relocated and a landing page created allowing guest access which then linked into our social media page to help increase our social media presence.
Since PAV IT have taken the time to understand our issues and implemented the recommended changes we’ve seen a great improvement in our network across the college, teachers and students now have confidence in the colleges wireless network infrastructure.
