Within this newsletter, we provide an outline of our cyber security campaign that is being run in conjunction with Sophos and the Gauntlet Group, celebrate our monthly customer feedback winners, outline our upcoming events, and provide you with shortcuts to our recent enablement activities.
Better Cyber protection doesn’t have to cost you more
Most campaigns are targeted at simply convincing you to part cash to roll out the latest technology or widget. Something that either enables slight improvements in performance or reduces your cyber risk profile by a few % points. We are running a very different campaign with our partners Sophos, Arrow and Gauntlet Group.
During the campaign we are going to focus on how certain security technologies can reduce ancillary organisational costs and at the same time help your organisation or partnership to harness the power of end user technology or cloud compute to provide your IT with a modern workplace but with mediation to the cyberthreats at the same time.
This campaign is supported by Sophos, Arrow and Gauntlet Group. Each organisation approaches this topic from very different angles. The bottom line though is about doing more but with possible financial cost savings (or at least a brake to upward inflationary pressures) in mind. By way of example, we firmly believe that it is possible to mitigate things such as insurance premiums through carefully selected tools, procedures, and certifications.
For a full outline of the event and the associated white papers, please review this link.
Assets provided within the campaign thus far
- Provide a white paper that covers the five things that all organisations could do to reduce their cyber insurance
- Provide white papers on how key technologies can reduce your operational costs versus legacy infrastructure
- Customer case study that outlines how the converged Sophos security platform protects the IT estate and reduces management costs
Assets that will be released in the next 2 weeks
- Blog content from Gauntlet group that addresses how they determine the IT compliance value when determining premiums
- Technical and commercial focused YouTube recordings where our panels discuss cyber, IT and costs from these angles
Two round table events supporting this campaign
As part of the campaign, we are also offering a fine dining experience complete with discussions around cyber, cyber risk and cyber insurance. There are two such experiences scheduled as part of this campaign for the 20th of July (Huddersfield Town FC board room) and the 27th of July (West Sussex County Cricket club museum / board room). For further information and to register your interest to attend, please select the “register interest” box in the campaign or send a message to info@pav.co.uk referencing interest to attend this round table event.
Historic webinars
On the 3rd of March we ran an event entitled “Transforming your digital workplace”. At that event we reviewed the digital workplace and outlined how it has changed / is changing and what this means for employee productivity, IT operations and from a cyber security perspective. We also introduced our home grown IT Anywhere compute platform and our AppAffinity patching technology that we have just released to the market to help lock down remote devices / applications and mitigate against #cyberattack. The event can be reviewed on our YouTube channel HERE.
We continue to broadcast our message to customers and prospects through our extensive social media channels, our events and most recently via attendance to regional trade shows. We are determined to show our customers and prospects the homegrown portfolio of solutions that we have and where required to augment these within our significant ecosystem of technology partners. We firmly believe in our slogan “Not all partners are equal!” 😉.
We hope you find the content valuable, and we’ll be in touch again soon!
Regards,
Nathan Collins – Executive Director
Our support feedback
We take feedback very seriously and update our websites with feedback information on a quarterly basis inclusive of the key performance statistics e.g., number of cases, time to respond, closure rating etc… Additional information can be found here: https://www.pav.co.uk/it-certainty/ and here https://p2tech.co.uk/.
<Martin, this is the latest SLA stuff from Andy. can you harmonise the metrics between the two websites
We pride ourselves on delivering quality IT support and IT Certainty. We find the best way to do this is to iteratively improve service delivery through a feedback loop initiated on call closure. To ensure we receive as much feedback as possible, in October we initiated a prize of £50 for the best example of constructive feedback upon ticket closure (positive or negative).
The winners since October are as follows:
- May – No entry met the selection criteria
- April – Peter Jones of Banner Jones
- March – Sarah Hoyle of Smeeden Foreman
Their feedback will appear on our web pages in due course for transparency.
