Our customer newsletter back in August 2020 outlined the investments that we were making in our employees during #COVID19. This investment was aligned to our new solution sets which covered emerging client requirements such as modern workplace, data / governance and communication / collaboration. The full Summer newsletter can be reviewed here: https://www.pav.co.uk/blog/its-about-timefor-our-august-newsletter/.
Many of our customers are investing in #microsoft as never before and we are therefore extrapolating Microsoft specific elements from our solution sets within a brand new #microsoft microsite which is available here: https://www.pav.co.uk/microsoft/. This site is focused entirely on insightful content, news, testimonials, case studies and blogs and all of which is drives awareness around the Microsoft ecosystem that you are choosing to implement.
It is one thing having a Microsoft microsite that touts for business and there are many IT resellers and managed services providers that will have a super flash website already. However, this is not where our Microsoft chapter ends. It is merely the platform by which we communicate the excellent work and knowledge that we are amalgamating and disseminate this information to our customers.
To help with our technical relevance, at the time of writing we have amassed 3x Gold Microsoft accreditations and 2x Silver. We are also starting on some Microsoft specialisations and have individuals pushing on to highly involving and industry recognised personal accreditations. Our current list of achievements is as follows:
Cloud Productivity – Gold
Data Platform – Gold
Windows and Devices – Gold
Collaboration and Content – Silver
Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions – Silver
Under normal situations we would be thrilled to end this blog here… a work in progress where we are extending our ability to execute across our team and gathering accreditations at pace. However, it isn’t. The big Microsoft story is that we have in parallel been working with Microsoft to transition from an indirect cloud services provider (AKA CSP tier 2) to a tier 1 Cloud Services Provider (CSP tier 1). I am pleased to confirm that we have now achieved this milestone and will be transitioning to a direct Microsoft partner from April 1st.
Achieving this status is a very big deal for PAV. It means that we have reached the scale both in terms of revenue as well as by the number of transacting customers yet at the same we have built out the skills and depth needed to enable and deliver our solution sets that are built around this Microsoft ecosystem.
