Business Background
Mishon Mackay are one of the leading estate agencies in the South East of England. With six offices in Sussex, the company has established itself as one of the most respected and competitive independent players in this busy marketplace.

Requirement – New network system design to increase efficiency and security
As a rapidly growing and successful business, the company needed to undergo a step change in the quality of their IT support systems. We were asked to review Mishon Mackay’s IT infrastructure with a view to providing a fault tolerant, secure and efficient data system which would allow them to deliver the very best service levels to their clients.

PAV Solution
We designed a wide area data system for their head office in Hove and five branch offices across East and West Sussex and we have now successfully integrated a new Win 2000 client server-based network system and messaging system. We also built an ADSL network to improve internet speeds and productivity and as the Mishon Mackay internet site has very high public access, we made the network secure using CISCO Pix firewall technology. This enterprise is being maintained and serviced by PAV engineers as an ongoing concern under our PAVmanage solution.

Outcome
Access to data and speed of working practices have both improved substantially. The new system is flexible enough to accommodate further expansion as and when required.
