SEOS Displays (Burgess Hill) lost a key server in the US and were facing four days of downtime and the related costs of flying engineers to the site. PAV i.t. services fixed the problem remotely from their UK base in just five hours.

We never walk away. Installing, integrating or designing networks from scratch, we take immense pride in our work. In fact, our staff are often more difficult to satisfy than our most demanding customer. And when the job is done, we provide full documentation, support, advice and technical back-up.

PAV i.t. services plc was founded in 1988 to provide a high level of computer services to companies within the South East and we are particularly proud of the fact that of the seven original employees, five are still with the company.

We won contracts with seven 'blue chip' clients in our first eighteen months and our growth continued with the emphasis on the installation of both local & wide area networks together with associated communications equipment. During 1992 we formed a dedicated cabling division to complement and support our network installation team, and during 1995 the team were trained on fibre optic installations.

In March 1995 we moved to our current location at the King Business Centre in Sayers Common in order to create a dedicated training centre, service desk, workshop, demonstration area and conference room together with large open plan offices for our sales, marketing & Network Engineer support teams.

That same year, we became an Internet Services Provider (ISP) with the sole aim of providing a high quality, robust Internet/Intranet service to the business community. In addition we became a dedicated Computer Services partner and developed key skills in network integration, security and remote and home user networking, whilst embracing the use of the internet and associated technologies.

The move to Sayers Common has been extremely successful and has provided us with the room to grow. Our central location within the South East Business Community has enabled us to further improve our response and service to a significantly larger client base.
