Our greatest assets are our people. The fact that five of
PAV's original seven employees are still with us fifteen years
after we founded the company is a source of great pride. It
serves to underline our belief in the value of highly motivated
and directed teamwork. All of our staff are technically qualified
for their roles and many of them are also experienced in business
processes - particularly those which benefit from our expertise.
They work collaboratively with our clients to create partnerships
that deliver, appropriate, timely and cost-effective solutions.
