Experienced Sales Professional
Successful candidates will work as part of a team managing relationships with new and existing customers. The role involves actively working with customers to ensure their satisfaction and full use of our services as well as understanding how they may make better use of technology.
You will be selling infrastructure services and solutions to the mid-corporate market across the UK.
Requirements include :
- Previous experience within the IT industry ( minimum 3 years )
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to understand requirements, to address technical problems and solutions and to understand the business implications
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Ability to work to targets and to build a sales pipeline
- Computer and literacy skills are required for efficient documentation and proposal writing
Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of existing, trading customers
- Creation of business development activities and campaigns ( supported by in-house telemarketing resource )
- Maintain and develop customer satisfaction and use of products and services
- Generation of proposals and quotations
- Report to the Sales Director to deliver accurate business forecasting

Senior Technical Engineer
This role is for a senior engineer working as part of the projects team at PAV. The successful candidate will have strong technical understanding as well as customer facing experience. Experience of designing and implementing new networks and diagnosing problems with existing systems is key to this role.
Calm in a crisis, the candidate will cope well with change and will be able to prioritise workloads effectively.
The role requires :
- Experience in installation and support of Windows infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange and SQL, in both physical and virtual environments
- Good routing and WAN skills, with exposure to Cisco, HP or 3Com networking products
- VMware exposure essential and Citrix experience desirable
- Experience of storage systems including any of the following is desirable but not essential – NetApp, EMC, DataCore, Dell Equalogic
- Knowledge in messaging systems, antivirus platforms, email gateways and IT security products an advantage
Organised and disciplined, with confident customer-facing skills, the candidate will have experience of working as part of a team and the appetite to build on their own skills. Strong written and spoken skills are essential, and you must have the ability to express technical concepts clearly and concisely.
